Nicely maintained vacation cabin located on the Big Thompson River just outside of Estes Park. Offering the river and mountain experience desired with a playful touch.  Near hiking, fishing and yet located conveniently about 5 miles from downtown Estes Park restaurants and shops. This cabin has been updated to provide modern conveniences. It features 2 bedrooms (King in main, Queen in 2nd and 2 full in the loft), also features one 3/4 bath with shower only on the main level. The large windows in the great room and skylights in the main bedroom bring in plenty of mountain sunshine and warmth. Other cabin features include a comfortable  living room with a gas fireplace, and a delightful kitchen with modern amenities. Lots of wildlife in the area including something special in the woods (could it be Bigfoot?). Cabin has WIFI and TV services. There is no washer/dryer. Maximum 6 people.

Our stay in accommodation #4 was perfect for our visit. It was spacious so we all had our own space when necessary. The views were spectacular from the front deck and the back deck! We even had a few visitors – a rabbit and a few deer. One deer put his head by the back deck railing and stuck out his tongue! We were surprised at how friendly they were. We thank Judy and Abbey for their help this year. I think it was our fourth year with Anderson and we will be back again next year.

Our recent stay in #4 was magnificent. It is a spacious home with plenty of room to relax after a day in the mountains. The view of Longs Peak, along with Hallett Peak, Otis Peak, and Flattop Mountain are incredible, particularly during sunrise each morning. This was my second stay with Anderson Realty, and Abbey is such a wonderful person and very helpful. I can’t wait to get back to Estes Park and stay with Anderson.

We enjoyed our stay at Unit #3 in Estes Park. Very convenient location with many activities, including national park, walking and hiking trails, restaurant and shops nearby. Property was well stocked with supplies and utensils, and that was greatly appreciated. We would definitely come back on our next trip to Colorado.

We absolutely enjoyed our accommodations in Estes! Estes is my favorite place to vacation in the US and we have made the trip a few times. This time was definitely the best place we have stayed. It is beautiful and roomy compared to some of the cabins we have stayed in the past. This time we brought the whole family and appreciated the room. I will definitely book with them again. Abbey has been amazing! She has answered so many questions and had wonderful recommendations.

We recently stayed at accommodation #4 and it could not have been a more perfect place for our group. The home was very spacious, very well kept and had incredible views in both the from and back of the home. We had a group of 7 and everyone loved this home, I would highly recommend accommodation #4 and would absolutely stay there again. Also, in regards to the Anderson Realty Staff, Abbey Pontius was as polite and accommodating as anyone I’ve ever worked with. It was very easy and would highly recommend renting through Anderson Realty.

We absolutely loved our stay in #5. The accommodations were fantastic and got the added benefit of wildlife right outside our windows. The 2 master bedroom suites were perfect and provided extra living space. The kitchen was fully stocked and had everything we needed. Abbey was wonderful to work with and we would definitly use Estes Park Rentals again.

Our family stayed at Rental #15 during the week of June 15th. The accommodations were perfect!! The house was stocked with everything needed! Although we brought and used our own laundry and dishwasher detergents, the cabin was stocked with enough to get started, should you have forgotten them. It was clean and the furnishing was extremely nice, with that mountain feel. Anderson Reality was perfect to work with! Probably our biggest delight in staying at this location was the elk!! We counted 16 in a neighbors yard one evening. A new elk mother actually hid her newborn behind our bushes one night. Also, the elk simply ignored us and were not aggressive, even with their babies close by. Rental #15 is a short walk, down the hill to Estes Park, which is just beautiful and has wonderful shopping. I would highly recommend this rental for larger families!! The Rockies are breathtaking and a place everyone should visit!!

My husband & I just got back from a week in Estes where we rented unit #3 from Anderson Realty. This is a very clean and beautiful home. I wish it was ours! My good friend that I met in seventh grade and her husband met us there. They’re from Arizona. We made several meals in the kitchen which was very well provided. We enjoyed doing all the things in Estes that we usually do. We will continue renting from Anderson Realty. There were no problems whatsoever. We had a lovely vacation! Thank you!

Just back from a week in Estes Park – our first time visiting and seeing RMNP. Fabulous week!!! We stayed in Accommodation #5, the Ponderosa, which feels like a small lodge. It’s a beautiful home with lots of suave for the group you’re with to spread out. We had our younger children still at home and our son (and his family) join us, we filled up the hone fir sure but it accommodated is well. It was very, very clean and the rustic charm made us feel at home – half wished it were winter and could have gotten used to the large rock fireplace that anchors the primary gathering space. Parking is a bit challenging as you have to back down the long approach if you’ve pulled up close to the park. Also, we have kids in wheelchairs and getting into and out of the hone was a bit challenging, but that is our unique issue. I highly recommend the property and Andersen to anyone coming to the area with a larger group. We WILL be back!!!

The house worked perfect for our group. Plenty of room, comfortable furniture, and a bathroom for each couple. We hiked several trails around the Estes Park area covering over 34 miles. We enjoyed all the restaurants and the town. Abby you were a pleasure to work with and I loved your honesty and checking in with us on the drive up.
